Flux Watches — Return & Refund Policy

At Flux Watches, we are committed to delivering exceptional timepieces and a transparent customer experience. We understand that purchasing a watch is an important decision, and we aim to provide a fair and straightforward return process.
Watches purchased directly through the Flux Watches website may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Returned with their original packaging, protective coverings, accessories, and documentation.
Free from damage, alterations, or signs of use.
To initiate a return, customers must contact support@fluxwatches.com within 30 days of delivery and obtain return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect merchandise, or another circumstance where applicable law requires Flux Watches to bear those costs.
Once a returned watch has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For discretionary returns and qualifying voluntary preorder cancellations, non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by Stripe may be deducted from the refund, provided such deductions were clearly disclosed before purchase and are permitted by applicable law.
Processing fees may vary depending on the payment method, country, and transaction type.
No processing-fee deduction will apply where a full refund is required by applicable law.
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days following inspection. Additional time may be required for the customer's financial institution to process the credit.
Preorder purchases are governed by the Flux Watches Preorder Terms & Conditions.
For Flux Quadras preorders, the current purchase price is $1,800 USD, including a $500 preorder deposit.
For qualifying voluntary cancellations before shipment, the $500 deposit is generally retained, and the remaining $1,300 is refundable, subject to lawfully applicable and previously disclosed payment processing fees.
After shipment, standard production watches are eligible for return under the 30-day return policy.
For an eligible return after delivery, the preorder deposit is included in the refundable purchase price and is not separately forfeited.
Mandatory statutory cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights remain unaffected.
Returns of watches purchased at exhibitions, watch fairs, or other in-person events may be accepted at the discretion of Flux Watches, provided the watches are unworn, unused, and returned complete with their original packaging and accessories.
A restocking fee of up to 6% may apply where the fee was disclosed before purchase and is permitted by applicable law.
Purchases made through independent authorized retailers are subject to the applicable retailer's return policy, without limiting statutory consumer rights.
Watches manufactured, modified, or personalized to a customer's individual specifications—including custom logos, engravings, dial designs, finishes, or other bespoke features—are considered custom or special commission orders.
These orders are generally final sale once production has commenced and are not eligible for discretionary cancellation, return, or exchange, provided this restriction was disclosed and agreed to before purchase.
This exclusion does not apply to manufacturing defects, products that do not conform to agreed specifications, or other remedies required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Standard production models, limited editions, and preorders are not considered custom orders solely because of their limited availability or preorder status.
If a watch arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the item ordered, customers should contact support@fluxwatches.com with their order information and a description of the issue.
Flux Watches will assess the claim and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, consistent with its warranty and applicable consumer protection laws.
All returned watches are subject to inspection.
Discretionary returns may be declined if a watch shows signs of wear, damage, modification, missing components, or failure to meet the return conditions.
These requirements do not limit statutory remedies for defective or nonconforming products.
Flux Watches reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent transactions, tampering, deliberate misuse, or repeated abuse of its discretionary return process.
Flux Watches may decline discretionary returns involving such conduct, without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
Flux Watches offers complimentary worldwide outbound shipping.
All advertised prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales taxes, VAT, GST, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, and other import-related costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
All applicable taxes, duties, and import-related charges are additional to the advertised purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Where required by law, applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. Additional charges may be assessed by customs authorities or shipping carriers upon importation or delivery.
Complimentary worldwide shipping does not include taxes, duties, or import-related charges.
If a shipment is refused or remains unclaimed, any associated return shipping, customs, or handling charges may be deducted from discretionary refunds where previously disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
