These preorder terms are designed to honor that relationship—ensuring both clarity for you and accountability from us.
Flux Watches offers select timepieces for preorder, allowing customers to reserve a watch before it becomes available for immediate shipment.
A preorder constitutes a purchase of a watch from an upcoming production allocation. Estimated delivery dates are provided separately and are subject to the terms below.
The current preorder price for the Flux Quadras is $1,800 USD, excluding applicable taxes, duties, and import-related charges.
Full payment is collected at checkout.
The $1,800 preorder payment consists of:
$500 preorder deposit
$1,300 remaining purchase-price balance
The deposit is included in the advertised purchase price and is not an additional charge.
Customers may request cancellation before shipment by contacting support@fluxwatches.com.
For qualifying voluntary cancellations before shipment, Flux Watches generally retains the $500 preorder deposit and refunds the remaining $1,300, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees that were clearly disclosed before purchase and may lawfully be deducted.
The deposit retention provision does not apply when Flux Watches cancels an order, cannot fulfill it, or a full refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Once a preorder has shipped, the Return & Refund Policy applies. For an eligible return after delivery, the $500 deposit forms part of the refundable purchase price and is not separately forfeited.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights.
Preordered watches are subject to manufacturing schedules, component availability, quality control, and international logistics.
The estimated shipping timeframe will be stated on the applicable product page or at checkout before the customer places an order.
Estimated dates may change. Flux Watches will communicate material delays and provide any notices, choices, cancellation opportunities, and refunds required under applicable law.
Preorders are allocated according to product availability and production capacity.
Preorder reservations may not be transferred or resold without prior written approval from Flux Watches.
Customers may contact support@fluxwatches.com to request updates to their shipping information.
Flux Watches reserves the right to cancel a preorder where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving production constraints, product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
If Flux Watches cancels a paid preorder, the customer will receive a full refund of the amounts paid to Flux Watches for that order, including the $500 deposit.
Flux Watches offers complimentary worldwide outbound shipping through selected shipping partners.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with applicable customs and import requirements.
All advertised prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales taxes, VAT, GST, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and other import-related costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
These charges are additional to the advertised preorder price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Where required by law, applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. Additional charges may be assessed by customs authorities or shipping carriers upon importation or delivery.
Complimentary worldwide shipping does not include taxes, duties, or import-related fees.
By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and agree to these Preorder Terms & Conditions and the Flux Watches Return & Refund Policy, including the disclosed deposit, cancellation, shipping, and tax provisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
